How The Project Was Received
D&P/ FVA designed the 15th floor of the Regus HP Tower which provide 997 sqm of private and open office. We’ve applied new space standards and planning principles in this project. This allows us to reduce the number of enclosed offices, increase open office areas and accommodate easy reconfiguration for evolving workplace needs.
The design of these spaces is modern and light-filled, featuring glass walls to maximize harbor views. The focal point of attention is brick panels which creates the new atmosphere of office space in Wellington. It is an eye-catching way to decorate an office.
The primary materials of this palette are taken from strong and elegant such as laminate on the Reception desk/ Backdrop and rubber floor through all the corridors in dark color and rough finishes. The murals are inspired by the city in which the building help dramatically change the look and feel of the space.
